We are looking for charismatic networkers to join and work with us as a “Sales Manager (m/f)” Your responsibility will be contacting and acquiring new b2b customers. The goal is to get them engaged in our story and turn them into happy fixed customers. You will also be farming existing customers and foster their projects within our services. Doing so you see where there is need for the customers to improve, you give them tips and you can offer more of our services to make them happy.
You’re a great Sales Manager because you ..:
+ have at least 3 years experience in having fun doing telesales and key accounting, ideally in b2b
+ like to think about customer satisfaction and work fronting it – you are engaged to win!
+ are an open and communicative attitude
+ have a motivating personality
+ find communication a fun thing to „play“ with
+ can also be persistent to get the customers needs satisfied internally
+ can be persistent knowing and explaining that the product really helps
+ identify yourself with the customers
+ like to understand what our service is about (also if it get a little technical)
+ are a StartUp lover
+ can speak English (German and/or other languages would be a plus)
+ industrial machine know-how would be a big plus
